Stela Howard
Owner of Starlight Ballroom for over 25 years
Years of experience: 45+
Stela has been teaching the world to dance from ages 6 to 96 with extensive experience in managing studio personnel in every facet of the business. She is a member of NDCA and a Certified Instructor in American Ballroom Smooth & Rhythm with the American International Dancers Association.
Stephan Howard
Years of experience: 20+
Stephan is a professional member of NDCA & Certified Instructor in American Ballroom Smooth & Rhythm with the American International Dancers Association (AIDA). Since 2016, he has been a Ballroom Instructor for the (Martin Marino Dance Challenge) with the Jefferson Parish School System. Has also been the Head Instructor for the Tulane University Ballroom Dance Club since 2015. Throughout the year Stephan dances professionally in Pro/Am Competition with many of his Students.
